14106 - Scrum Master (onsite) – West Palm Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach, FL (required);
- Experience as Scrum Master with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects (5 years);
- Experience in Jira administration, including customization and project management capabilities;
- Experience with databases, such as SQL and Oracle;
- Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or similar;
- Experience with commercial software platforms, including SAP and Salesforce;
- Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;
- Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle and Dev Ops practices;
- CSM Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience with ERP implementations and CRM platforms;
- Experience with enterprise architecture and system integrations;
- Experience in the energy or utilities industry;
- Advanced certifications in Jira and project management.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in agile best practices;
- Oversee sprint planning, manage complex project workflows using Jira;
- Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise solution implementation;
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity across work streams;
- Coach teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
- Track and report key metrics using Jira and other tools;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
