Title: AI / ML Engineer Financial Services

Location: Auburn Hills, MI, Farmington Hills, MI or Frisco, TX

Role

Summary:

Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models supporting risk management, fraud detection, customer analytics, and operational efficiency within a regulated financial services environment.

• Build, test, and deploy ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to consume governed data pipelines
• Implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and drift detection
• Collaborate with Model Risk and Compliance teams to ensure explainability and fairness
• Support re‑training and optimization of models as business and regulatory requirements evolve

• 5+ years experience in applied machine learning or data science
• Strong Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Familiarity with explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME)
• Experience in financial services

• Azure ML, AWS Sage Maker, or Google Cloud Platform Vertex
• Fraud, credit, AML, or customer analytics experience
