- 2–5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role
- Firm understanding of the software development lifecycle and scrum principles
- Experience with sprint planning, facilitating daily stand‑ups, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Proven experience ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for problem‑solving and conflict management
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
- Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
- Technology delivery experience
