A global advisory and technology provider based in Reston, VA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for users globally. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to computer applications and hardware, managing support tickets, and providing Tier III support for contact center platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in IT operations. This position offers a pay range of $67,020.00 - $ and is expected to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
