- Manage and scale the knowledge management program for the Legal team, including governance and documentation practices
- Identify and prioritize operational pain points within legal functions, translating needs into practical solutions
- Support legal technology initiatives and provide ongoing post‑implementation support and optimization
- Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and workflows to ensure accessibility and accuracy
- Manage subscriptions and vendors for the Legal team, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with needs
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations or as a Paralegal/Contracts Manager
- Experience implementing or managing a knowledge management program for a Legal team
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in legal work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal technology tools
- Experience in a high‑growth technology company
- Understanding of common operational pain points in legal functions
- Experience building intake workflows and databases using Airtable
- Background in legal project or program management
