Principal Fusion Financial Functional Consultant (ERP)
Join Oracle as a Principal Fusion Financial Functional Consultant (ERP) to provide consultancy, work with customers, translate concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and deliver technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will maintain and support customers’ eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, implement and run PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, and develop, integrate and implement application components including front‑end development, internal database integration and OTBI reports.
WhatYou Will Do
- Lead projects in Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll and Cloud ERP as a technical specialist, handling tasks from building integrations from the ground up to troubleshooting existing technical solutions.
- Gather requirements, conduct CRP workshops, design, configure, write fast formulas, test, and execute parallel payroll runs.
- Act as a specialist, developer, or similar role focused on cloud solution design, development and delivery.
- Provide advisory and pre‑sales expertise, and offer innovative proposals that mature into sustainable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
- Deliver services both remotely and on‑site depending on business requirements.
- Maintain a positive, resilient, and creative attitude while fostering an agile mindset.

- Design, develop, integrate, and administer Oracle Cloud applications.
- Provide technical support and documentation for Oracle Fusion SAAS and EBS solutions.
- Implement and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, and other Oracle cloud technologies.
- Ensure solutions meet Oracle best‑practice standards and govern change management processes.
- 10+ years experience delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
- At least 6 years implementing Financial SaaS applications.
- Deep experience with Fusion GL, AR, Payables, CM, FA, Expenses, Lease Management and Revenue Management modules.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service, and OTBI.
- Strong knowledge of roles and security, and the Fusion quarterly update process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and make sound recommendations.
