Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads and cross‑functional departments to clarify data requirements and improve data entry workflows.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data to support business analysis and planning.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data entry, data management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and database management tools.
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques, file organization, and version control.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks).
