Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant - SME Level

ITHR 360° Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our core team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience to bring their expertise to impactful projects. The role is hybrid, offering both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End SAP EWM Implementation: Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM, including warehouse design, material flow management, inventory optimization
, and integration with SAP modules.
S/4 HANA Expertise: Leverage your experience in S/4 HANA implementations with a minimum of 3 full-cycle projects to drive system enhancements and improve warehouse management processes.
Warehouse Process Optimization: Design and optimize warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, physical inventory, and slotting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficiency.
SAP EWM System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of warehouse tasks, resource management, labor management
, and integration with SAP MM, SD, and TM
. Ensure SAP best practices are followed for enhanced warehouse performance.
Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP EWM framework. Provide insight into process improvements and optimizations.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for EWM implementations, ensuring that all requirements are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
Post-Implementation Support & User Training: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation of the SAP EWM system and address any functional or technical issues.
Cross-Module Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other modules such as MM, SD, TM
, and third-party logistics systems for end-to-end process efficiency.
Continuous Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate existing warehouse processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement to reduce operational costs and enhance warehouse productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of experience in SAP EWM consulting with in-depth knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes
.
3+ full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations (a must) with hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP EWM.
Solid understanding of warehouse automation technologies
, RF frameworks
, and mobile data entry processes
.
Strong integration experience with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM
.
Proven ability to analyze business processes
, create blueprints, and configure SAP EWM solutions based on client requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and business users to drive success.
Experience in data migration and cutover activities for SAP EWM implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, automotive
, or logistics would be a plus.
Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to warehouse operations.
Knowledge of global logistics operations and compliance requirements.
