Position: Investigations Manager I, Investigations

Investigations Manager I, Investigations

You must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal.

Remote Work Requirement

  • Reliable ISP with at least 200 MBPS speed and 100 GB data from a reputable provider.
  • Internet and power backup available for connectivity/power outages.
  • Private work area free from distractions such as barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.
  • Ability to devote full attention to the Amazon customer.
Key job responsibilities

People Management:

  • Leading and developing a team of 18‑21 investigations associates; overall performance management, coordination, and evaluation using both traditional and data‑driven insights.
  • Developing and achieving performance goals aligned with network‑wide vision, utilizing analytics tools to track progress.
  • Conducting supervisory duties per Amazon policies—interviews, training programs, work allocation, and performance reviews supported by analytics.
  • Mentoring new managers and high‑potential employees, guiding on technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • Leading site‑level initiatives; primary owner of functional responsibilities that impact the overall site, focusing on efficient digital solutions.
  • Communicating policies and updates to associates through established channels and digital platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance and consistency through systematic monitoring and documentation.

Business/Operations Management:

  • Managing SLAs using real‑time tracking systems and performance dashboards.
  • Ensuring quality and productivity of the team, leveraging traditional metrics and AI‑assisted monitoring tools.
  • Driving process improvement and continuous improvement culture via kaizen, lean methodologies, strategic automation, and data‑driven optimization.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration to identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Conducting regular process assessments, implementing automated solutions for routine tasks, and using analytics to identify bottlenecks.
  • Developing standardized operating procedures and leveraging appropriate technology solutions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing teams of 10‑25 direct reports.
  • Contact Center Operations experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading process changes and improvements.
  • Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Proven ability to coach teams on problem‑solving methodologies.
  • English language fluency; ability to communicate complex problems and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting and presenting process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5‑Why, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis).
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Experience in performance tracking and metrics‑based decision making.
  • Capability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization and process mapping tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools for root cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and their practical application.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional process improvement projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
