Listed within this posting is the anticipated salary range for this position, plus variable incentive compensation. THE

OPPORTUNITY

As a Project Lead, you will oversee day-to-day project operations, drive alignment across teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position offers the chance to lead high-impact initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to organizational success through strong leadership and strategic execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manages the development cycle, including planning, organizing, and resource management, to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Day to day management of a project to include working with Stakeholders to define project backlogs, lead daily SCRUMS, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint and project retrospectives and identify/resolve obstacles
  • Manage all phases of the projects, including inception, implementation, stabilization, go-live, and project close ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines
  • Provides adequate and timely documentation to all Stakeholders
  • Manages project in project management tool such as Azure Dev Ops
  • Collaborates with assigned IT and business resources to prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Responsible for creating, editing, and updating project documentation
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through collaboration and constant communication
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Knowledge of insurance industry, and programming and application development fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
