What you will do
  • AI Platform Management & Operationalization
    • Lead the deployment and operationalization of our AI governance platform across the organization, developing a clear roadmap and adoption strategy.

    • Develop and implement platform monitoring protocols to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics.
    • Develop world‑class processes and documentation to communicate decisions to our stakeholders.
  • AI Governance & Compliance
    • Translate emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines (e.g., ISO 42001, EU AI Act, etc.) into practical policies and controls within the AI platform framework.
    • Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements into the AI development lifecycle.
    • Define and enforce data privacy and security standards for AI systems, working with Cybersecurity to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.
  • Program Management & Reporting
    • Apply program management principles to track and report on the progress of AI governance initiatives and the overall health of the singular AI deployment.
    • Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide transparent, real‑time insights into AI risk exposure, policy compliance, and operational efficiency for executive stakeholders.
    • Manage cross‑functional working groups of business leaders and communicate our AI governance strategy to senior leaders.
What you will need
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Technology Risk, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or MLOps.
  • Proven ability to manage and operationalize a complex software platform (SaaS or internal enterprise platform).
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualization tools) for creating executive‑level reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management of complex, multi‑stakeholder technology initiatives.
Highly Desired Skills & Experience
  • Deep understanding of Legal, Compliance, and/or Cybersecurity principles, specifically as they relate to data and AI systems.
  • Familiarity with major AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles).
  • Technical understanding of the AI/ML and software development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring).
  • Attention to detail and ability to see projects through all the way until completion.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory jargon into clear, actionable business insights.
What you will get
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities.
  • Ongoing mentorship and apprenticeship; leadership courses, development programs, technical courses, certification opportunities and more.
  • A collaborative and positive culture – diverse team of professionals that are as smart and driven as you.
  • A chance to make an impact – your work will contribute directly to our strategy.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the energy of collaborating with peers in our dynamic offices.
  • 20+ PTO days plus holidays and floating holidays in your first year.
  • Extensive medical, dental insurance and vision plan.
  • 401K with corporate match, immediate vesting.
