Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for the Head of Asset Management Sales, based in Naples Florida with flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain high‑net‑worth clients, expanding the firm's client base, and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating closely with the portfolio management team, presenting tailored investment solutions, and analyzing market trends to ensure alignment with the firm's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in asset management, sales, and client relationship management
• Deep knowledge of portfolio management, Modern Portfolio Theory, and financial markets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly developed strategic thinking and business development capabilities
• Proficiency in industry‑specific tools and platforms
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, managing responsibilities efficiently both on‑site and remotely
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as German or French is an advantage
