Security Compliance Manager, Ignite Tech (Remote) – $100,000/year USD
Join Ignite Tech as a Security Compliance Manager to oversee the anchor AI‑driven compliance platform. This role leverages deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS to improve automation, verify audit‑ready evidence, and dynamically calibrate the system.
Base Pay Range$50.00/hr – $50.00/hr (equivalent to ~ $100,000/year for 40 hrs/week)
What You Will Be Doing- Certification Audit Packages – compile and validate evidence collections for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certification.
- Customer Security Responses – craft customized replies to advanced security inquiries and assurance requests.
- Governance Document Updates – revise policies, procedures, and risk treatment plans in response to regulatory or organizational changes.
- AI System Tuning Memos – modify training data, control parameters, and escalation protocols to enhance compliance precision.
- Maintain enterprise‑level compliance through AI‑enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence development.
- Identify gaps in AI outputs, verify auditor standards, and intervene when expert judgment is required.
- Collaborate with AI engineering, compliance strategy, and product operations teams to continuously improve system reliability.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing certification audits.
- End‑to‑end management experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Proven ability to evaluate and respond to sophisticated customer security questionnaires.
- Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools to review, produce, and modify compliance artifacts.

Benefits & ExpectationsThis is a full‑time (40 hrs/week) contract role. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Weekly payment is provided.
