• Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of client systems in the region.
• Manage network configurations, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and perform system diagnostics.
• Liaise with the team to plan site visits, maintenance, and client support activities.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of call cycles and site visits.
• Provide remote support to clients and internal teams when required.
• Ensure system uptime and proactively identify technical risks or performance issues.

• 5+ years of experience in IT or network support (field or remote).
• Strong troubleshooting, hardware, and Io T systems background.
• Confident working independently and managing priorities remotely.
• Valid driver's license (essential) company vehicle provided for installations.
• Excellent communication skills and a practical, reliable work ethic.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and reporting tools.
• South African citizen with a clear criminal record.
