As a Cyber Security Product and Services Executive you will maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vendor products and services, stay informed on technological advancements, and articulate the value of vendor technology to internal teams and customers. You will collaborate with vendors and Softcat to identify customer opportunities, analyse market trends, and provide tailored solutions. You are required to achieve and maintain sales and technical certifications while supporting customer needs.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vendor products and services, including technological advancements
• Articulate the value of vendor technology to internal teams and customers
• Achieve and maintain sales and technical certifications
• Manage and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors and Softcat to identify customer opportunities and analyse market trends
• Engage with sales teams and customers to demonstrate vendor technologies and provide tailored solutions

• Knowledge and understanding of vendor technology advantageous
• Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to obtain relevant sales and technical certifications
• Collaborative with a proactive mindset
• Attention to detail and prioritisation of tasks

• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
• Flexible hours – flexing the times you start and finish during the day
• Flexibility around school pick‑up and drop‑offs
