Location:

UK wide (various sites across the UK; flexible hours, working from home, flexible schedules and part‑time options available).

Workload split between due diligence and integration & separation advisory.

• Due diligence
  • Contributing to and reviewing technology related deal and transaction reports.
  • Providing insights on technology aspects of the deal that are relevant to the client and readers, explaining issues simply and highlighting the impact on business strategy, operations and deal valuation.
• Integration & Separation
  • Advising on technology aspects of integration, separation (carve‑outs) and optimisation initiatives, including development of target operating models, understanding the current IT landscape, defining transitional service agreements, developing detailed plans, and supporting implementation.
  • Leading the technology workstream within integrations and separations within a larger team, supporting client workstream leads to fulfil objectives.

• Hands‑on experience with technology/IT in an M&A environment, ideally in one or more of the following specialisms: IT strategy, applications, ERP, infrastructure, data, cloud, architecture, cyber security.
• Leadership experience in M&A engagements and leading/facilitating client meetings, workshops and interviews.

• Experience spanning multiple specialisms (strategy, applications, ERP, infrastructure, data, cloud, architecture, cyber security).
