We’re partnered with a industry leading global fintech that, due to acquisitions and growth, is hiring a VP of Dev Ops. This is a brand-new leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy, delivery practices, and culture across a distributed team.

If you combine deep software engineering roots with proven Dev Ops leadership experience and thrive in complex, outcome-driven environments, this could be the perfect fit.

• Own Dev Ops strategy to enable high-velocity, high-quality software delivery.
• Design and evolve scalable CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment practices.
• Provide hands‑on architectural leadership where needed.
• Lead and develop a global Dev Ops team.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure Dev Ops accelerates delivery.

• Senior leadership experience in Dev Ops or Software Engineering.
• Strong software engineering background with experience delivering production software at scale.
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure design.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
