Role :
Release Train Engineer (RTE) – SAFe Agile
Location :
Remote / Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Chief Scrum Master to lead and coordinate multiple Scrum teams within a SAFe Agile framework. The role is closer to senior project / program management, with a strong focus on delivery, alignment, and execution across teams working on regulated products.
You will play a key role in bringing together several Scrum teams to deliver complex, compliance-driven projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for multiple Scrum teams operating within SAFe Agile
- Coordinate and align teams working across a shared program or release train
- Drive end-to-end delivery and ensure teams follow through on agreed deliverables
- Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple work streams
- Support planning, execution, and delivery in regulatory-driven environments
- Work closely with engineering, product, quality, and compliance stakeholders
