Cloud Engineer / Azure Dev Ops Reigate / Remote to £65k

Do you have expertise with Azure Cloud Engineering?

You could be progressing your career within a tech incubator at a global Insur Tech business, working on a groundbreaking quantum computing / security product as it is launched to their global client base.

As a Cloud Engineer / Azure Dev Ops you will collaborate with the Lead Engineer to design and implement scalable, secure, resilient and performant deployment pipelines and infrastructure using Azure Dev Ops. You'll be embedded within the software engineering team, partnering with architects and engineering teams to shape technical designs, standards and patterns and will also liaise with clients to support installation and configuration processes.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home fulltime with the caveat that you'll meet up with colleagues in the Reigate office occasionally (once a month / quarter).

About you:

• You have strong Azure Cloud / Dev Ops experience
• You have scripting experience with Power Shell (or Python)
• You have a strong understanding of cloud architecture principles (scalability, reliability, performance, cost optimisation) and experience of contributing to solution design or architectural discussions in cloud environments
• You have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• You're a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
