A Europe-based deep learning company is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and scale LLMs and VLMs from scratch. This hands-on role will focus on optimising distributed GPU systems and building advanced architectures while working remotely. The ideal candidate should have experience with large-scale GPU training and frameworks including PyTorch and Triton, and will engage in innovative projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and capabilities of AI models.

Competitive salary up to £200k with equity offered.
