We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining:

• Delivery leadership
• Impactful ownership of high‑value product areas

Your team may focus on:

• Workflow and automation improvements
• Core platform scalability and resilience
• Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety

• Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
• Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
• Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
• Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
• Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
• Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale

We’re seeking strong full‑stack engineers who lead by example. Experience with large‑scale, complex systems is a major advantage.
