- We are searching for a permanent Director, Data and Insights to join our Strategy and Analytics team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $138,800 – $190,900 per year.

Key Impact AreasThe Director, Data and Insights will oversee enterprise‑wide data governance, reporting, and analytics functions, ensuring compliance, integrity, and actionable insights that drive innovation and competitive advantage. In this role, you will advance data architecture and integration capabilities, partner across PBC to optimize infrastructure, and stay ahead of emerging trends to strengthen PBC’s data ecosystem. The Director will collaborate to develop strategic and tactical plans in alignment with PBC’s strategy and objectives and oversee the execution of the plans.
You will serve as a catalyst for PBC’s transformation into an insights‑driven organization, connecting data, analytics, and AI to business challenges and delivering insights. You will act as an advisor and educator across the organization, championing data literacy, designing and overseeing a data literacy and adoption program. In this role, you will develop and lead enterprise‑wide data governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and integrity of data.
As the Director, you will oversee the development, implementation, rationalization, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide reporting frameworks, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or an equivalent discipline, including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, and emerging AI applications.
- 10 - 12 years of related experience in data and analytics including the application of insights into decision‑making and/or automated processes.
- 7+ years of experience in progressively senior leadership positions.
