We have a full-time opportunity for an IAM Architect with a leading financial services organization. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong emphasis on Okta and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) technologies, giving you the chance to design and implement enterprise-level identity solutions in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Okta and CIAM solutions
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
• Experience designing and implementing identity governance and lifecycle management
• Background in enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of API security and integration patterns
• Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive access
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
