Data & AI Studio AI Solution Architect

In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for AI and data‑driven solutions, bridging business needs with innovative technology implementations. You will work closely with commercial teams to define high‑level architectures, lead presales engagements, and ensure successful project delivery. The position offers a balance between client‑facing solution design and hands‑on technical execution, with a focus on Generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise‑scale data solutions.

You will influence project strategy, shape team structures, and contribute to building scalable, cutting‑edge solutions for a diverse set of clients. This role is ideal for a collaborative and creative technical leader eager to make a tangible impact in AI adoption.

• Lead technical presales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals for AI and data projects
• Analyze client requirements and design high‑level AI, ML, and data architectures that are innovative yet practical
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the discovery and planning phases
• Contribute hands‑on to project delivery, guiding technical direction, implementation, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Define team topologies and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
• Communicate technical trade‑offs and solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical account management
• 3+ years of experience designing AI and ML solutions, including Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), Python, and traditional ML models (predictive, classification)
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with international clients
• Previous experience in IT services or consultancy environments is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and mentor teams
