Remote QA Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote experienced E2E QA Lead to drive quality assurance across complex, integrated systems. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, end-to-end testing strategies, and collaboration with multiple IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Lead E2E Testing Strategy
  • Define and implement end-to-end QA processes for large-scale, multi-component systems.
  • Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Automation Leadership
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with development, Dev Ops, product, and infrastructure teams to align testing strategies with delivery timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple IT teams to identify dependencies and resolve integration issues.
• Quality Governance
  • Establish QA standards, best practices, and metrics for quality measurement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Test Management
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for complex projects.
  • Manage test environments and data requirements for E2E scenarios.

• Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured).
• Hands-on experience with API testing, UI automation, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).

• Experience in enterprise-level applications with multiple integrations.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data flows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams and manage conflicting priorities.

• 10+ years in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
