• Translate proof of concept into scaled implementations, considering both technical and human change impacts
• Work with various teams to capture value from business cases and ensure it is reflected in respective systems
• Provide expert guidance on AI integration and change management strategies for user readiness and adoption

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading change management plans and interventions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
• Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
• Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Certified change management practitioner
