Overview

Public Sector Contract & Business Development Coordinator role at NTT DATA, Inc.

• Provides assignments/workload to the contracts lifecycle team, including goals and the process to meet them.
• Maintains thorough records of all signed contracts, from signing through execution, for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensures the contracts lifecycle team follows efficient record management to mitigate risk and provide an auditable trail.
• Ensures the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and team-driven objectives.
• Ensures the team is trained on processes and platforms and advises on new ways of working.
• Interacts with managers or peers from other functional areas to gain cooperation.
• Guides the contracts lifecycle team on overall project deliverables.
• Supports improvements to the standard way of working within the contract lifecycle.
• Oversees operational management of the contract lifecycle team and ensures established standard ways of working are followed.
• Handles unresolved queries, communicates progress and solutions, and escalates complex issues for resolution.
• Maintains contract data quality within the contracts lifecycle team.
• Informs relevant stakeholders of procedural requirements for processing transactions.
• Prepares monthly reports considering established KPIs for the contracts lifecycle management team.
• Implements proper control checks to minimize or eliminate errors.
• Reports non-compliance issues to senior management and recommends precautionary measures.
• Oversees and assists month-end closing processes and various financial and operational audits.

• Seasoned knowledge of performance metrics and reporting.
• Seasoned understanding of contract lifecycle from an IT industry perspective.
• Seasoned Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good team player and a self-starter.
• Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant ITIL certification is desirable.
• Solid demonstrable work experience in a similar role within a global matrixed organization.
• Solid experience in Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Moderate level of team management/leadership experience.
• Experience in end-to-end management of a Contract Lifecycle Management solution, including implementation and ongoing support.
• Experience managing partner relationships from an IT Operations perspective.
• Experience managing KPIs and working with Data Analytics teams to provide operational data for partners/customers.

This is a home-office-based position, with occasional travel for company meetings. Responsibilities may require evening work to coordinate with Asia and European coworkers and support the Global Sales Team.

Target Base Salary: $67K to $77K base plus variable bonus. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards and may vary based on experience and job-related requirements. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, dependent life insurance, STD, LTD, FSA, and the 401(k) retirement plan.
