• Own the GTM tooling strategy, designing and executing a roadmap for usability and effectiveness
• Oversee systems project life cycles from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize requests
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure consistency
• Establish best practices and industry standards for scaling through tools within the GTM team

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Management or Business Systems roles
• Proven experience managing GTM tools, particularly with a focus on Salesforce and BI tools
• Strong passion for technology and its application to enhance productivity in a business context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to documenting processes and managing projects

• Experience in optimizing systems and processes related to GTM tools
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term vision and manage ambiguity effectively
• Resourcefulness in creating processes to support complex systems
