• Assist customers by phone in selecting the right products and providing post-sales support
• Answer product application and troubleshooting questions for a wide range of electrical products
• Communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams to provide excellent support
• Document customer interactions and navigate multiple computer programs during calls
• Capture and relay customer feedback to product teams for continuous improvement

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience with electrical and lighting systems
• Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems
• Knowledge of Industrial Controls and Automation
• Proficiency in computer use, including the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction

• Additional experience or training in lighting systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Grainger's product catalog and online resources
