• Administer and support CRM/, including user setup, profiles, and customization
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing training and technical support
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and user guides
• Develop and implement a new Service Cloud environment
• Audit and maintain data quality while developing and testing new functionalities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of proven experience with Service Cloud and CRM/Salesforce administration
• Hands-on experience with CRM/Salesforce, building applications using standard customizations
• Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities, including workflows and data security features
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels

• Experience working with Apex Data Loader
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Conceptual understanding of relational databases
