- Configure and optimize Epic environments to enhance workflows and user experience
- Facilitate problem resolution and provide guidance to end-users to improve system utilization
- Contribute to and manage projects, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and issues
- Initiate process improvements and innovations to enhance system functionality and efficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic environments
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5-8 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
- Epic Beaker Certification/Accreditation
