• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
• At least 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
• Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Certified change management practitioner
