This role sits at the intersection of advanced cybersecurity technology and customer-facing solution design, supporting enterprise clients across the APAC region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating complex security challenges into practical, value-driven solutions. Working in a distributed, remote environment, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to drive adoption and long-term success.
The position offers strong exposure to large-scale enterprise environments and cutting-edge security architectures. You will lead hands‑on technical engagements while influencing deal strategy and solution design. - Act as a technical subject‑matter expert, articulating solution value to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analyze customer business drivers and technical requirements to design security architectures aligned with needs and budgets.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept engagements, including deployment, configuration, training, and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support opportunities and advance deals through technical validation.
- Enable and support regional partners to drive partner‑led opportunities and technical self‑sufficiency.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to product management and engineering teams.
- Support customers post‑sale to expand and optimize solution implementations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of pre‑sales or sales engineering experience in networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of web proxy technologies, network security, malware analysis, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, virtualization, email security, and network architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, linking technical capabilities to business value.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel overnight within the region as required.
