Job Summary
We are expanding our Business Development (Influencer) function and are seeking a driven, commercially minded professional to build and scale high-impact influencer partnerships in the Indonesian market.
This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, developing long-term influencer collaborations, and driving measurable business outcomes through performance-based campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn partnerships into sustainable revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Partner Business Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, KOLs, and content creators (nano to macro) across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and manage long-term influencer partnerships focused on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate partners.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with business objectives and market strategies.
- Prepare campaign briefs, content requirements, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate content publishing timelines and ensure campaign delivery meets agreed KPIs.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance including traffic, registrations, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze results and optimize campaigns by reallocating resources to high-performing partners.
- Maintain structured reporting dashboards and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within Indonesia.
- Work closely with branding, creative, and performance marketing teams to amplify influencer content.
- Align influencer initiatives with broader regional and global growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian influencer ecosystem and social media platforms.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Bahasa Indonesia required. Mandarin is a plus. - Bonus:
Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or performance-based marketing models.
