As a M365 SharePoint Online and Power Platform Engineer, you will join Turnberry s Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today s digital market.

• Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions aligning business needs and governance standards
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
• Configure, customize, and develop SharePoint site components, libraries, lists, and metadata structures
• Advanced troubleshooting of permissions, inheritance, access issues, and content problems
• Monitor and report on performance, usage, and health of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
• Provide documentation and guidance to business users on platform capabilities and best practices

• Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn
• Ability to diagnose workflow failures and connector errors
• Advanced troubleshooting capability with Power Automate flows and Power Apps
• Hands-on experience managing and deploying updates across Power Platform environments
• Advanced knowledge with creating and applying governance controls, security roles, and DLP policies within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex platform issues
• M365 enterprise environment experience 5+ years
• Strong understanding of core M365 services specifically SharePoint Online and Power Platform 5+ years
• Experience with regulated or financial services environments 5+ years
• Experience supporting/using Power Platform and SharePoint Online 5+ years

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
