Salary Range: $100,000 - $128,000

• If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. You will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week and from home for the remaining portion.
• If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. You will be expected to work from home. Occasional visits to the office may be requested based on business need.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or other related field
• Four or more years of relevant technical work experience that has provided an understanding of security issues, software, and techniques across all existing computer platforms

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel

Principal

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with a wide variety of specialized security systems and software including refining guidelines and procedures
• Research, analyze, and recommend software to rectify security deficiencies.
• Conduct audits as required by multiple Federal and State regulations, eg., SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and applicable industry directives.
• Complete the rollout of new software for the team to include training, procedures, and other change management activities.
• Participate on project teams while representing the Security Administration group, ensuring the project team follows Global Security policies and procedures.
• Work with members of IT management to provide effective mitigation of reported security concerns.
• Performs other duties as required

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $100,000 to $128,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
