• Lead the development and execution of holistic SEO strategies, coordinating team tasks for audits and performance monitoring
• Manage high-value client projects using agile best practices to ensure efficiency and goal alignment
• Conduct advanced keyword research and analysis to maximize E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
• Drive the implementation of complex technical SEO recommendations in collaboration with development teams
• Stay informed on search algorithm updates and industry trends to refine internal processes and tools

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
• Expert knowledge of technical SEO methodologies, including Core Web Vitals and structured data
• Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and enterprise-level SEO tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts into actionable recommendations
• Solid understanding of the integrated digital ecosystem, including SEO, Paid Media, and Content Strategy

• Foundational coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with international search optimization, E-commerce SEO, and local search strategies
