** Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. ** What you will be doing:
*** Completing customer compliance questionnaires.
* Contract negotiations with customers
* Review & approval of supplier contracts
* Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
* Maintenance and development of our privacy program.
* Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations.
** What we will love about you:
*** You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plus.
* You have a deep understanding about legal system in either Germany, Switzerland or Austria.
* You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way.
* Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
* You are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers.
* As a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements.
