- Develop and execute regional business development objectives to integrate new technologies into the product ecosystem
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, aligning resources with strategic goals
- Establish and nurture relationships with leading technology suppliers and value-added resellers (VARs)
- Monitor market trends and performance metrics to drive product strategy and service evolution
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience or 12 years with an advanced degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in owning a technology business with full P&L responsibility, especially in Cloud and/or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels
- Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
- Experience in the channel and distribution model with deep engagement in VAR ecosystems
