• Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding the online learning management system (LMS)
• Review, resolve, and respond to inbound/outbound phone calls and emails related to LMS support requests
• Facilitate faculty training sessions on best practices for teaching in an online environment
• Conduct quality assurance checks for new courses and maintain a database of online master course versions
• Coordinate term setup and provide technical support for select National University System Affiliates

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using computers and web-based applications
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in higher education or related fields such as information technology or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)

• Experience with Microsoft One Drive, Access, and SQL Developer
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and graphic design programs
• Previous call center experience
• Familiarity with IT Service Management or ticketing systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
