• Serve as the dedicated technical architect for customer modernization initiatives, including Azure migration planning and compliance assurance
• Design, document, and maintain scalable and compliant hosting architectures across various environments
• Develop technical solutions to accelerate delivery cycles and leverage advanced cloud capabilities
• Lead architectural reviews and technical risk assessments to align with data protection requirements
• Communicate actionable recommendations regarding security, reliability, operational performance, and cost optimization

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of technical architecture experience
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience architecting for public cloud delivery, preferably Azure
• Proficiency with microservices, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with SAS Viya and SAS 9
• Familiarity with Azure Well-Architected practices or other enterprise architecture frameworks
