• Lead and develop regional sales and marketing teams, aligning resources with strategic goals

• Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to influence product strategy

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience, or 12 years with an advanced degree
• Demonstrated experience in technology business management with full P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop global teams

• Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
