The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team.

RTX has an opening for an SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer (Manager (hands‑on), Business Systems and Transformation) position to join the Digital Technology Team. This is a Hands‑On technical role.

What You Will Do:

• Work to understand integration requirements with SAP and third‑party applications.
• Coordinate with SAP and Non‑SAP teams for design and solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams for technical design and documentation.
• Define BTP governance and best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite within SAP CPI.
• Sustainment support – Provide support for issues related to end‑to‑end interfaces, including troubleshooting and resolving errors.
• System monitoring – Responsible for the interfaces inbound and outbound and supporting any failures that may arise.
• Travel up to 10% during the project roll out expected to reduce significantly thereafter.

Qualifications you must have:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as an SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree;
  Advanced degree and 5+ year’s related work experience.
• Experience with Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Integration Suite within SAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud for Application Interface Framework.
• Experience with Cloud Connector configuration and administration.
• Experience with interface performance tuning or observability platforms.
• Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• SAP ABAP experience
• BTP Certifications
• Ability to travel up to 10% initially

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
