• Oversee the business performance of the Data & AI portfolio, including product management and sales
• Develop long-term growth strategies through scalable solutions in cloud, AI, and edge technologies
• Lead regional sales and marketing teams, aligning resources with strategic goals
• Foster relationships with leading technology suppliers and enable Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Monitor market performance and provide insights to enhance product strategy and service evolution

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 12 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience owning a technology business with full P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
• Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI or IBM Watson

• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
• Experience working in channel and distribution models, particularly with VARs
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on attracting and developing high-performing teams
• Executive-level communication and collaboration skills
