- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies across cloud, AI, and edge technologies
- Lead and mentor regional sales and marketing teams to align with business objectives
- Build strategic relationships with technology suppliers and empower Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
- Design and implement go-to-market plans to enhance market presence in the Data & AI sector
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, with a 4-year degree; or 12 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a technology business with full P&L responsibility
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
- Exceptional leadership and executive-level communication skills
- Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical fields
- Experience working within channel and distribution models, particularly with VARs
