SENIOR DATA Analyst – Growth Marketing

In this role, you’ll analyze user retention, subscription-based revenue, in-app purchases (IAPs), ads and other growth-related areas. If you’re passionate about data storytelling, product growth and driving decisions through insights, this is the role for you.

• Work closely with squads and squad leaders to design and implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate feature impacts.
• Analyze different growth areas and recommend strategies to maximize metrics such as D7 retention, ARPU, Landing page conversions, etc.
• Build dashboards and tools to support data-driven decisions across Product, Tech, and Business teams.
• Estimate potential impacts of product features and sunset non-performing ones.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data tracking and pipelines.
• Identify high-performing revenue channels and prioritize resource allocation accordingly.
• Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis in subscription-based businesses.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests and statistical analyses, as well as communicating the experiment results to extended teams
• Experience working in fast paced growth teams (acquisition, monetization or retention/engagement)
• Expertise in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with cloud-native data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, or Redshift).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Superset, Power BI, or Looker.

• Experience in paid user acquisition metrics (e.g., ROAS, LTV, payback periods).
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Eppo.
• Background in the dating or gaming industries with IAPs/ads experience.
