As a Salesforce Contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting the current Salesforce environment and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and the ability to work independently, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals for process improvement and strategic growth.

Job Title: Salesforce Contractor for Post‑Sales Opportunity Validation and Data Integrity

Location: Remote - Flexible

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Review and validate Closed Won opportunities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Validate attached documentation such as contracts, briefs, and insertion orders (IOs).
• Follow up with Sales and Account Management teams to reconcile missing or incorrect documentation.
• Identify and elevate recurring issues to support process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain a new Salesforce pipeline stage, "Closed Won – Pending", to streamline deal management.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Salesforce, especially Opportunity and Product objects.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in documentation review.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with contracts, briefs, IOs, and sales documentation.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills, with the ability to work independently.
