Overview
We’re Hiring | Operations / Administrative Analyst (Remote – East Coast, USA | W2 Only)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Analyst to support digital device operations and non-test publication fulfillment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
LocationLocation: Remote (East Coast, USA only)
Work AuthorizationWork Authorization: W2 candidates only
Responsibilities- Serve as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams
, managing device lending communications, tracking orders and inventory, reconciling shipments, and supporting publication fulfillment workflows. - Handle daily and weekly vendor reports, mailbox management, and provide operational support across cross-functional teams.
- Strong administrative and operational experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups required)
- Smartsheets experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows and time-sensitive deliverables
- Clear communicator with strong follow-up skills
