Service Now Technical Architect (AIOps / ITOM) – 100% Remote

• Lead a team of Service Now resources, providing guidance for implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the Service Now platform to meet business needs.
• Apply web programming techniques to configure robust solutions and make informed recommendations.
• Consult with business analysts/process leaders to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Provide timely status reports to the project manager and advise on risks and impacts on business/ITIL processes.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 8–12 years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of ITSM solutions; 5–8 years in Service Now (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, scoped applications).
• Strong implementation experience in AIOps.
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Experience designing and developing Service Now custom applications.
• Knowledge of web‑based development languages:
  JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS.
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• ITIL certified is desired.
• Experience with discovery configuration and runbook automation preferred.
• Ability to create architecture, design, and JavaScript coding for solutions.
• Experience planning platform upgrades and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Act as Service Now L3 expert for platform incidents and defects.
• Experience providing technical direction and training to platform team.
