- Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 12 years with an advanced degree

- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record of driving measurable results in business development and strategic planning
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
- Experience working in the channel and/or distribution model with VARs and global supplier ecosystems
